Juno retired from research in 2010, at the age of 5 years old. She was adopted by Founder, Kate Aubry, who says it was love at first sight. Juno is a smart girl, who took to her new life very quickly. Just 11 months after her release Juno became a certified therapy dog and has gone on to share her love with  those living and working in Newtown, Ct, her local library as a Tail Waggin Tutor and accompanies Kate on many BeFreegle adventures. When not being a therapy dog or ambassador for other laboratory dogs, Juno loves to dig rather large holes in the garden and chase the resident groundhog.
